RETURNS POLICY

Returns (if applicable) We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service(service@tddtoy.com) to make sure you send the package to the right address.(Notes: Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund.) If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME Please note that processing time (24 hours) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
